FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Teaching and learning is more than just about passing exams. At HollyGemia, we will work with you through high-quality, personalised sessions to grow both personally and academically. Discovering new information through learning should be enjoyable, fulfilling and a life-long process.

On top of this, we have a long-term goal to make education more accessible globally. As our first initiative, we are working with a school in the UK to provide free support to those from less privileged backgrounds.

We offer subject tutoring from GCSE up to degree level. These can be private, one-to-one sessions or group sessions (up to 4 people). Whether you need to learn topics from scratch, revise for upcoming exams or guidance with academic writing, this can all be covered in these sessions.

We also offer assistance with applications to higher education (undergraduate or postgraduate degrees) through private sessions. This includes applications for the following:

  1. Applications through UCAS for any subject in the UK

  2. Medicine and Veterinary Medicine covering interview preparation, the UCAT and BMAT exams

  3. The Cambridge NSAA (Natural Sciences Admissions Assessment) for Natural Sciences and Veterinary Medicine

  4. US admissions including admissions essays, the SAT and ACT exams
